Responsibilities:
* Responsible to setup training plan and monitor/control all training activities
* Developing and maintaining training materials/modules.
Requirements:
* Male, max. 32 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably specializing in Banking Training & Development.
* Able to conduct training process, such as : Training Need Analysis, Training Administration, Training Evaluation, etc.
* Possess strong follow-up and ability to quickly respond to inquiries
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Access and Power Point)
* Competent as a trainer
